Terme del Porto is the only daily spa in Sardinia: a well being centre open all year for everybody, to enjoy a relaxing hour or the weekly revitalising treatments.
It's in Santa Teresa di Gallura, 60 km from the Olbia port and airport.
The relaxing programmes move through the salt-water pool (over 500 sqm), the bio-cave and the well being centre itself.
There is also an evocative bar with covered areas and green corners in the garden at the guests' disposal.
Accommodation
Terme del Porto offers no accommodation: it cooperates with some of the best hotels in the area and the most reliable real estate agencies renting studio-apartaments in town and heated villas on the seashore.
For those who do not live in Santa Teresa Gallura we organise stays varying in length which may include activities such as excursions by foot, horseriding, immersions, boat trips, along with accommodation and treatments in our centre.
In order for you to fully appreciate the beauties of Gallura and because we believe that you should also experience "thalassotherapy" in such a magic place, made of a dive in the blue sea or a walk along one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy.
Furthemore, the incredible floating produced by the very high density improves the rehabilitating process in all osteo- articular pathologies.

The well being centre
The Centre offers relaxing programmes inspired by ancient and respectable traditions which use heat and water for well being and prevention, hammam, Roman Therms and sauna, along with programmes outside, between the garden and the pool.
Programmes
They alternate to stays in our rooms:
- the breath of the sea, a heated room at body temperature, where you let yourself be rocked by scents, suffused lights and the noise of the waves;
- iaconicum or heated Roman bath (40° C);
- Turkish bath with thalassotherapy
- Finnish sauna with chromium therapy
- Showers with aromatherapy
- rest in the relax area
- baths in the Jacuzzi
- skin care (delicate scrubs, hair-removal, manicure, pedicure, facial cleansing-massage, sun shower)
- massages and relaxing physio treatments (classic, with essential oils, with soap, plantar reflexology, shìatsu, thai).
